Bookings are made with real estate technician Sandro Svaldi (license number 010824), by means of a deposit of 50% of the total reservation value. The remaining 50% gets paid on check-in. To make your reservation, please send us this registration form.

For the convenience of our overseas guests, payment can be made through Western Union, which has an agreement with Bank of Brazil for international money transfers. If this transaction suits you, write us a message and we’ll e-mail you the details of our Bank of Brazil account (branch and account numbers).

After payment, we need to be informed of the transaction’s control number, which allows us to check the deposit and send a receipt by e-mail. Any difference for more or for less will be adjusted in person.

Cancellation: Minimum of 15 days in advance. Deposits already made get converted into lodging credits with us, valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation.
